As a senior engineer at XDemics, I work on the designing, prototyping, and manufacturing at scale of our Expansify™ plates and HDCR™ bioreactors.  I design and CNC machine LSR molds to produce all of our plates and bioreactors internally with Class VI silicone. I outfitted and maintain a full machine shop with 3 CNC mills, a bandsaw, FDM and SLA 3D printers, a laser cutter, and more to produce all mold tooling and prototypes in-house. This enables me to rapidly prototype and make adjustments to the molds without the long lead times typically associated with injection molding tools. I work with manufacturing technicians to optimize the manufacturing process, reduce cycle time, and ensure quality and accurate parts. 

Additionally, as the company safety officer, I manage, implement, and enforce safety protocols, equipment training, and hazardous waste disposal.
